Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Cory's Tree Service ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, estimate requests, and tree care services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Cory's Tree Service provides professional tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, storm damage cleanup, brush haul-off, lot clearing, and related tree care services in the Muncie, Indiana area.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins. Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved by you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling & Access

We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, or emergency situations. You agree to provide clear access to the work area on the scheduled service date(s), including unlocking gates and securing pets.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For commercial clients, net-30 invoicing is available with prior approval. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

Insurance & Liability

Cory's Tree Service is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property during tree work, tree removal and related services inherently carry some risk. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked prior to service. You are responsible for notifying us of any underground lines, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features in the work area.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule services at any time before work begins. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for non-emergency cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

Property Cleanup

Complete cleanup and debris haul-off is included with every job. We will remove all tree debris, branches, and wood chips from your property unless you request otherwise. Minor lawn impressions from equipment are possible and will be raked and leveled.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, contact us within 30 days of service completion and we will make it right. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover natural tree regrowth, stump sprouts, or changes in tree health unrelated to our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cory's Tree Service's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
